Last Co Inc. is committed to delivering what you need, when you need it. You and your animals deserve nothing less. However, there are industry-wide supply chain disruptions at times that are beyond our control. These disruptions are also unpredictable. What’s available one week may be in short supply the next week. Although this is not always the case and becoming more rare, following the tips below will help us meet your needs as we work through any challenges.

• Place orders early. Try to allow at least 5 days for stock items. Keep in mind special order diets sometimes will have a 4 week lead time. That is just the production of the feed and does not always include transportation to our facility or yours. So lead times can vary.
• Give us an idea of your monthly usage. This allows us to keep the freshest dates in our warehouse.
• Provide links to the exact products you’d like, if needed. This is especially important for custom research diets.
• Let us know if the brand and size are critical. We have many items in stock and much more we can special order. We do everything we can to not have to substitute items.
